In keeping with their commitment to supporting the local community Walter H. Squires & Son are once again proud to to sponsor the Heard Open Triples at Culm Vale Bowling Club on Saturday 28th June 2014.

Walter H. Squires & Son’s company director, Ryan Squires, added “This year sees us enter our seventh year of providing essential sponsorship for Culm Vale Bowling Club. We initially contacted the club in 2007, after the completion of our Cullompton funeral premises, to see if we could offer support to the club and start to build relationships with the local community and we were delighted to be told that the Heard Open Triples Tournament needed a sponsor. Since then we have gone on to be one of the club's main sponsors, and we are so proud that our involvement has enabled this great local facility to continue to flourish. We always receive a warm welcome from the club members and visiting players, so we never hesitate in providing sponsorship. We have been able to build a fantastic relationship with the club, and with the people of the Culm Valley, and we look forward to supporting the club, and Cullompton, for many years to come."

"This year we've also been able to provide an extra level of support by providing 25 umbrellas, in the club's colours, to be used on the green to keep members, players, and officials dry when the weather isn't good, which was a lovely surprise for the club."
