This year Children's Hospice South West achieves 15 years of helping parents and families "make the most of short and precious lives" at Little Bridge House, and to celebrate are holding their second Starpath Memory Walk, a sponsored walk in North Devon.

You are invited to join hundreds of other supporters on Saturday 25th September 2010 for a beautiful five mile walk along the Tarka Trail, preceeded by an uplifting ceremony in Barnstaple Square at 6:00 p.m.

Entry to this very special event is only £10.00 and includes a Starpath t-shirt to wear on the walk. There will be a star shaped "Finishers" medal and a very warm birthday welcome when you arrive at Little Bridge House in Fremington.

By celebrating your own most precious memories with every step, you will be supporting very sick children and their families at the Little Bridge House hospice in North Devon. Just by taking part and raising money for Little Bridge House on its 15th birthday, you will make a real difference to families. Your contribution will help support the love and care that they receive at the hospice, and help shape the treasured memories that each visit brings.
