In keeping with their commitment to supporting the local community Walter H. Squires & Son once again gladly arranged to sponsor the Heard Open Triples at the Culm Vale Bowls Club on Saturday 29th June.

Similar matches are also sponsored throughout the year, in association with Golden Charter Funeral Plans, at the West End Bowls Club, Tiverton, and also Uffculme Bowling Club.

Walter H. Squires & Son’s company director, Ryan Squires, added “We initially contacted the club in 2007, after the completion of our Cullompton funeral premises, to see if we could offer support to the club and start to build relationships with the local community and we were delighted to be told that the Heard Open Triples Tournament needed a sponsor. We've since gone on to provide support for two other tournaments hosted by the club, and we're so proud that our involvement has enabled this great local facility to continue to flourish. We always receive a warm welcome from the club members and visiting players meaning we never hesitate in providing sponsorship. We have been able to build fantastic a relationship with the club, and with the people of the Culm Valley, and we look forward to supporting the club, and Cullompton, for many years to come.
