From Tradition & Integrity Comes Peace of Mind

Hospiscare will be holding its Tree of Light service of carols and remembrance in Exeter Cathedral on Sunday 14th December 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

The service includes carols, readings and prayers. Members of the Hospiscare bereavement team will be on hand during and after the service to offer support.

A Book of Memory will be available to view to view before the service from 4:00 p.m., and will remain at the Cathedral until twelfth night.

The Tree of Light will be shining with lights of dedication on the Cathedral Green in Exeter until 6th January 2009. It will be lit every evening at dusk.

In addition to the Tree of Light service, Services of Light will be held in nine locations across mid and east Devon, where the 2008 Book of Memory will be available to view.

  • Tiverton Service of Light, 5th December 2008, 7:00 p.m., St. Peter's Church
  • Chagford Service of Light, 7th December 2008, 6:00 p.m., The Church of St. Michael the Archangel
  • St. Thomas Service of Light, 9th December 2008, 7:30 p.m., St. Thomas Parish Church
  • Broadclyst Service of Light, 11th December 2008, 6.30 p.m., Broadclyst Parish Church
