From Tradition & Integrity Comes Peace of Mind

Walter H. Squires & Son's service to the community continued on Tuesday, November 14th, when a presentation on the role of the Funeral Director was given to Cruse Bereavement Care.

The presentation, held at the Palace Gate Meeting Rooms, Exeter was given by Ryan Squires and highlighted the level of care Walter H. Squires & Son aims to provide for the families it is privileged to care for. The presentation also detailed the way Funeral Directors in general seek to help not only with the funeral arrangements but also with assistance and advice on coping with the effects of grief and bereavement that can continue long after the funeral has passed.

"I was privileged to be asked to give this presentation," said Ryan, "Cruse is very well known and held in very high regard. To be asked to speak to such a well respected charity was a real honour."

Commenting on behalf of Cruse, counsellor Rodney Lyons said “The session did just what we wanted it to do and provided us with plenty to discuss and bear in mind when meeting with grieving clients," he added "my Cruse colleagues and I very much appreciated what Ryan said and the way he said it, and were reassured by the meticulous attention to detail that has become Walter H. Squires & Son's hall-mark".
